This one day workshop led by Dr Vince Cassar is not intended to find you a job or set you on a career path. Rather it is intended to help you re-identify those career anchors that reflect your true values about your career choices. Understanding your career anchor empowers you to confront career choices and decisions in a manner consistent with what you truly value and how you really see yourself in the context of work. Indeed, regardless of your present job or career, your future decisions will be easier and more valid if you have a clear understanding of your orientation toward work, motives, and your perceived self-talents.
