At IVC we believe that education is about real skills. A recent report from CEDEFOP, which is the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training stated that, vocational education is more successful "at getting individuals into work in the short and medium terms". Our Diploma in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship students are all satisfied with the career choices they have made.

Furthermore, the more workplace content in the education, particularly when combined with previous work experience, the better the labour market outcomes. This statement is confirmed by analysis of the transition from education to the labour market. Our graduates  (VET graduates) find employment fasted than general education graduates. The transition is smoother and it gives access to permanent full-time jobs to students, which is so essential at this early stage of their careers.

Blue Whitney, above... was one of our IVC students, who is now doing a great job which gives her both the financial rewards and personal ones.
